Management does nothing to address any concerns. I as well as others in the complex have called and emailed about mice, heating issues along with other things as well. All has fallen on deaf ears. They do not maintain their buildings or parking area. I have fell on ice in parking spaces.
Save your money for a better complex. This one is going down hill quick!

I've had MULTIPLE issues with this place and management. It's winter, and my apartment is currently at 54 degrees. That's not even legal. When we complain we're told the heaters can't keep up. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere that at least keeps up on what they're legally required to.

The prices are different when you get to their office plus they dont even care about your application They will put it in the trash after they take your money

My boyfriend and I lived here from 2015-2016. Moving out was the best thing we did. We luckily had very kind neighbors with the exception of a few who would use food to encourage raccoons to come within feet of the building and a man who would sleep in his car quite often, even during the day. Parking was crammed. If you didn't properly fill out guest forms for parking, you were immediately towed. I often saw tow trucks on the property. Most importantly, we had many struggles with management. We... did not have heat in the winter and maintenance came in unannounced. We were also out of running water multiple times. The woman who works in the office was very condescending and just downright mean. I saw her smoking more than I saw her working. The worst part of living here was having three puppies aged 2-6 months die under mysterious circumstances while they resided in the apartment. We moved out after our third puppy died. They all died the same way. Our vet suspected poisoning or a congenital disease, but he was unable to give a divinities answer. If you can afford better, I would recommend you stay FAR AWAY from Scenic Tree. I wish I never moved there.
