I asked to have my lock changed specifically when I was home due to my cat always trying to get outside and also for my own sense of security I do not want anyone in my apartment when I am not there. They went into my apartment without my permission and the manager claims she was just doing what I asked and that they did not technically enter my apartment. They left the key to my apartment outside on the floor for anyone to grab and just walk into my apartment. Leaving the key outside didn’t... really matter anyways because the door was left unlocked. Place is average but if you rent here hopefully you don't need help from Crystal because she clearly does not care about other people. Someone so petty and who clearly does not care about people should not be managing tenants. I've had packages stolen from the lobby and nothing was done about it! Multiple posts online have been made about random people creeping around the apartments and looking in windows. (Thankfully they care about your safety and will leave your door unlocked). Cars have been hit and there’s no cameras so nothing can be done about it.

The lock change was completed as the result of a miscommunication regarding the timing of your maintenance request. We understand... that you had hoped to be present, and we recognize why that was important to you, especially with concerns for your cat and your peace of mind. We regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance.
Our intention was to ensure you had access to your home by leaving the new key available after the lock change was completed. We understand your concerns regarding how this was handled, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we can review our procedures and improve communication moving forward.
We also understand your concerns regarding package thefts and neighborhood safety. While we cannot control the actions of others, we work closely with local law enforcement when concerns arise and encourage residents to report suspicious activity. Excellent Location and Amenities
1. We love the layout and the functionality of our unit. 2. The amenities like the fitness center and the well kept pool are a huge plus. 3. A dishwasher. Yes a dishwasher really makes an impact! 4. Prime location, not too close to downtown or busy roads where there’s still privacy yet still so close to everything in town! Plus the park right behind is amazing to have so close. 5. The community/neighbors are respectful and kind. 6. Lastly the new ownership has done great upgrades to the place... and the app is a great feature to have!

Great place!
Ravine Woods Apartments is a great please to live because Because it is a quiet, clean, and peaceful place; any issue is resolved very efficiently by the property manager; and it is close to large green areas, schools, and major stores to get your pantry.

Amazing place to live!
This is such a wonderful place to live! The manager Crystal goes above and beyond expectations and is kind, helpful and ensures all residents are happy. The maintenance team are super caring and respectful. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I have never had any issues here. Many new updates throughout the building have made it even more warm and welcoming!
