Work orders go months without anything being fix, or simply disapear from the system. Hall floors have missing tiles and smell like weed constantly. Office staff are rarely available, openly admit to not being able to work property survailance systems, and never answer the phones. The apartments are actualy nice, but quickly going downhill without proper upkeep.

Was good... not so much now.
This apartment complex has gone downhill with the new management. The property is messy, you aren't able to get a hold of someone unless you call multiple times. Just not the place it used to be. I would look else where if you are home searching.
