Pros: Online portal is very nice, easy to pay rent, neighbors are pretty friendly, cheapest rent in the area, great location, pretty open floor plan in the apartment which maximizes your space, amazing views of the landscape and depending on your unit, the lake.
Cons: Maintenance isn't the fastest, bedrooms are small, the place is in need of repair and upgrades (a squirrel made it's way into my unit several times, and they kept bandaging the problem instead of fixing it), not the best... communication with the landlord, never got any deposit back. i moved in last august and the apartment im renting is falling apart. Im an HVAC tech by trade and i was asked to help with any service calls at the building. I have never seen an HVAC system that is absolutly in shambles. the furnaces are 50 years old and have never had any maintenence. the dirt that has accumulated on the fan is 1 inch thick. the system is geo thermal and that system is also falling failing and falling apart. lets move onto the lack of windows you get one in the bedroom and... one sliding glass door which you cant see out of anymore. The windows are just barely hanging on to the frames, the front door has a gap on the bottom a rat can get in, no problem. the cieling leaks when it rains and when you ask the landlord to fix it it takes months to get them to agree with you. and if you keep disagreeing with them they tell you they would be happy to break your lease with them. they tell everyonr the same thing no matter who you might be.they kitchen appliences dont work very well as they are old too. dont drink the water or you will get sick.

Inexpensive, allows pets, and conveniently located just steps away from RT83. Everything about this place is old and dirty. Spend a couple more dollars and preserve your dignity by living somewhere else.
