Attentive to Important Issues
I have about 2 years living and the attentiveness to important mechanical issues when something in the apartment is not functioning properly is very good. When i have an issue with an appliance for whatever reason, they often show up quickly and actually fix the issue which i greatly appreciate especially when i have a family that needs things to work properly. I also appreciate their response to general complaints from the community and address it to everyone whether its through signs on doors... or emails/messages.

We love it here!
We have been at the Birches for a couple of years now. And it has been amazing. The office staff is very quick and they listen if you need anything. The community is very welcoming. The gym is always clean and neat. And the pool gets cleaned every day in the summer my kid loves it. 10/10
