My wife and I needed a nice place to live while we transitioned from our home sale in IL to move to a new home out of state. Parkview was perfect. We had a clean apartment with just enough room for our needs. The apartment was newly painted, had new carpets, and new appliances. It was a safe pleasant neighborhood and although we had only a few service calls, they were addressed in only a few hours. I highly recommend Parkview!

Parkview estates
Has a good location, the units are updated, maintenance is there within the hour if needed. And price wise is competitive to any other complexes in the area. And it's right off the highway and 15 mins from all stores

Parkview Estates
I lived at parkview estates from 2020 till a week ago and it was the most pleasant rental experience from the maintenance to management. The property was always well maintained and the maintenance was excellent, Angie the property manager wass always helpful, kind . I only moved because i i purchased property i couldn’t pas up. Great place to live!!

Great place
I had rented there for 11 yrs. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, which was not often. I would call management Angie and she would schedule someone for the same day to look at the issue and fix it. The maintenance was very good at repairing the issue. To haveca management company be so prompt at fixing repairs is a must and that they are. I was in the process of buying a home and needed an extra 2 months from my lease expired date, and they were so accommodating on it. That really... helped me out. I would highly recommend their rentals and the neighborhood I never had any problems with.
