Apartment #111 has a monthly rent of $625 which includes... gas heat, water and sewer. Unit #111 is a low-level unit. Landlord pays garbage, mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays electric. The standard security deposit is $725, but may very depending on screening results.

There is coin laundry on site along with a storage unit for each apartment. We are currently renovating the exterior entries and hallways in addition to making updates to the outside landscaping.

Cats and small dogs are allowed with monthly pet fee of $25 per month per approved pet and additional deposits may be required. $50 Rental application and credit check required for each applicant over 18. One year lease. 1st months prorated rent and security deposit required.
