management is responsive if you are a tenant and request maintenance on your apartment. They respond within the same day to confirm when maintenance can make the repair. Usually completed and scheduled in less then a day.

It is a good apartment in a good area but the fixtures in the apartment could be newer as well as flooring, etc. Maintenance is responsive. It is affordable rent for the area but they get you when you move out and they really stack on every little thing they deem necessary for repair even if you took care of the apartment. Then they send you a massive bill they will be deducting from your security deposit showing all the overbilled items (in my opinions) needing repairs. Can the property managers who whoever runs this listing get into the habit of including pictures of the actual apartment available? In the last 5 years that i've seen this listing up, it's the same garden picture that looks like it ws taken on an older android phone. It would also be great if the management were more responsive when someone reaches out about a showing.
