My experience with this property management company was deeply disappointing. Throughout the application process, I asked several reasonable questions about the lease—basic clarifications any prospective tenant should be able to request, especially when the written lease conflicted with what I had been told verbally or in writing. Questions any competent management team should be able to answer without hesitation. Instead of receiving clear or timely answers, I was repeatedly told by the manager... , Teodora, that she was too busy overseeing multiple properties to respond.
What made this even more concerning was the contrast between the lack of answers and the frequency of messages threatening to cancel my application. There seemed to be time for warnings, but never for transparency or professionalism. That speaks volumes about their priorities, and none of it reflects professionalism, respect, or reliability.
This pattern of communication left me with zero confidence in their ability to manage a tenancy responsibly. If this is how they treat someone before a lease is even signed, I can only imagine how dismissive or unresponsive they might be once you actually live there.
I ultimately withdrew my application because I refuse to tolerate incompetence, and inconsistency. Nor will I lower my expectations and settle for a community that offers so little respect or reliability in return. Anyone considering renting from them should think twice and proceed with caution.

Do not move into Gentry Manor Apts. unless you like room mates (hundreds of them). The pest problem at Gentry Manors is out of control. I had cockroaches in my furniture, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, shower, books and even my toothbrush. I was ashamed to have guests over to my apartment because of cockroaches crawling across my ceiling and walls. The bed bugs were even worse. I would wake up in the morning with bites all over my body. The itchy welts would last for several days. I even... found bed bugs in my clothing which made me feel uncomfortable about going to work and visiting friends. I was easily bitten over a hundred times in the course of several months. The problem became so bad that I had to move out of Gentry Manor. Of course, I had to dispose of my bed, couch, and lazy boy chair because I did not want to transport any pests to my new location. Such a perfect location, walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this complex for anyone seeking a great property ran by a team who really cares about going above and beyond. Griselda and Sam are amazing! They were incredibly helpful with my leasing agreement and arrangements to move in. Will definitely refer friends!

My husband and I moved in the community in October 2020. From the moment we came in looking for an apartment we were treated like family. The management team is doing great and I appreciate all the effort they are taking to keep residents happy, always responsive to requests and very nice people. Griselda and Sam thank you!
