I have been here for a little over a year and a half and love it. It’s a great atmosphere around so many restaurants! I can hear the live music from my balcony. In the warmer months there is a french market right in the parking lot you can walk too. Train access to downtown is walking distance. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A very quiet atmosphere inside. Maintenance is quick to respond and repair. Apartments are newly renovated with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom title/tub is... not renovated. The laundry room is large with 2 full sized machines, although are not in new condition. No walk in closet, but there is a lot of closet space.

Great location!
Love this location! Walk to train, restaurants, bike path and more! Management is quick to respond to any issues and the property is well maintained. Great underground parking makes this an idea location if you're looking for a great place to live! Geneva schools are highly rated too!

The Heart of Geneva
Working in downtown Chicago and wanting to live in the country close to family was a daunting challenge. Our apartment was the perfect solution. Located in the heart of downtown Geneva we have the location, luxury and short walk to the Metra for the short ride to the city. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, secure and affordable. Now we are within a stones throw to some of the best eateries, boutiques and the best kept secret in the Chicago suburbs. Add to that we can see the kids and... grand kids whenever we want, it's perfect.
