We leased here for two years while my wife was in grad school. Overall, great building, responsive management team, and value rental rates (especially compared to some of the luxury apartments that keep popping up in Evanston!). Downsides of the building are that some units are due for renovation, and that the lobby is straight out of the 1950s - however, no real complaints with our unit!
