Lived here for 3 years, two of which seemed ok, but the last year has been a nightmare! In the last year they have towed my car, which was registered to the building and parked correctly, while I was on vacation costing me well over $1,000 and refused to assist with the cost even a little. I was told “my car hadn’t moved and residents complained”. Tried to add my girlfriend to the lease and worked directly with the property manager Shirl. Almost a year and a half later she has still not been... added and Shirl never returns phone calls. When your lease is expiring you get less than a weeks notice between when you receive your rent terms and when you need to notify them of vacating and get ready for “hidden fees” when you move out. If those stories haven’t turned you off already, elevators are typically broken 1-2 weeks a month, if you get home after 7-8 pm good luck finding a parking spot, which you pay $15 a month for an unassigned spot garage spots are $100 a month, expect a minimum of $150 rent increases every year even when they are removing amenities, if your neighbors happen to smoke in their apartment good luck getting management to do anything about it.

Overall, this is the worst run property I have ever lived at or worked with (I work for a national apartment owner) and all the neighbors I’ve talked to complain constantly about how bad management is. Such a shame because it is a beautiful property and nice location, but management is ruining it
