As soon as you sign your lease, you’re dead to management. The apartment is nice, but if you have any issues or concerns, the management/staff literally ignores you. They don’t care at all about pleasing the tenants.

BLACK MOLD UNIT 508! Unit 508 is completely infested with black mold in the walls. We have had extensive water damage for 4 months since the day we moved in. The management does not care at all and has yet to remove any black mold or fix the root cause of the water damage. We have a two bedroom apartment and both bedrooms were unusable due to the non stop water leakage. Our humidity in the apartment has reached as high as 80%. They have painted over and covered some of the damage with dry wall,... but are completely ignorant about even bothering to remove the mold. They have also refused to offer us any appropriate compensation for over 4 months of dealing with this. The previous tenants of this unit 508 also experienced the same water damage. The management simply covered the damage with paint rather than fixing the cause of the problem and leased the apartment out to the next person. We have talked to them about what needs to be done countless times but they are being very cheap and refuse to fix the poor infrastructure of the building properly.
