There was mold, peeling paint, rust, and poorly installed trim around the floors at the time of move in when it had supposedly been inspected. Some ongoing issues are inconsistent water temperature, poor water quality (orange water every time you turn on the shower) and occasionally roaches. Also the walls and paint are very poorly done. It's obvious they didn't bother cleaning the walls or repairing cracks, removing tape/staples, etc before just throwing a coat of paint over everything. Not to... mention, the kitchen cabinets look like they were painted by a 5 year old. Can't wait to move out.

Happy Tenant
I love living here! Everything I need or ask for is always taken care of quickly. The management team has great communication and really makes sure residents are happy. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly community and a great place to raise kids. I moved here from Chicago about a year and a half ago, and I’ve been loving it ever since. I definitely plan on renewing my lease in 2026!
