Bugs run rampant, things are always breaking, they literally just painted over mold to hide it, and everyone pays different amounts that makes it unfair. Some of us are overcharged, especially with the rent “insurance.” I understand why people move out almost as quickly as they move in. Wish I could rate lower than a 1.

Bed bugs, roaches, mold in the air conditioners, emergency lights don't work, security doors is broken, leaky roofs, window casings have air coming through them, and people tossing out beds, couches, and other furniture tenants have to look at for days. Maintenance don't know how to fix broken stuff, and the new property manager is rude. Some tenants have to pay $9.95 for blanket tenant insurance and others don't. Owners refuse to fix stuff, but charge outrageous rent. Every month people are... moving out.
