I have been living at the Xavier for about 2 weeks and it has been great- awesome staff who is super great with communication and great community spaces that are well maintained. My apartment is great and functional with a great layout.

A beautiful well maintained and managed property with good community areas. The studios are spacious with modern appliances. East facing apartments have amazing views, it is dog friendly and the location is perfect.

Xavier is a wonderful community to be apart of, I couldn't recommend it more. I have loved living here over the past two years, it has become my home away from home. The staff from leasing to front office and maintenance go above and beyond to making this place a safe and inviting environment for residents.
