I have lived her for only 8 mts.. I have battle cockroaches and the tenants above me smoke - a violation of their lease. I have submitted 2 incident reports. Just this week mold appeared in my bedroom - near my bed... so now I have to sleep and breathe in mold every night... Management refuses to do anything about the smoking - even while other tenants have complained and the tenants have even to smoking in their unit. The washing machines are filthy and the laundry room has flooded a... number of times.
