It's a clean and comfortable apartment, All staff is friendly but the only problem I encountered was the elevator that sometimes didn't work, which made me wait for a long time. I haven't encountered any other problems yet because I just moved here.

Great spaces with lots of potential for decor. Friendly rental, door and maintenance personnel. Nice amenities and a Jewel/Osco on the ground floor. Close to a variety of shopping, dining and public transportation. Clarendon Park and Montrose Beach are nearby.
