Building amenities are on-line with market though finishes like paint and the HVAC systems are incredibly subpar for a building that charges this much. Dealing with management is a nightmare. Between having to hound them to fix basic issues in the unit to being quoted more for a renewal than they offer online, it's no wonder they have such low tenures here.

Great location. Overpriced for size of 2 bed/2 bath. Closets should have more than just a rack -- some shelving or storage. Floors are not installed properly -- edges are rough and hacked at to fit -- wish they were of a more solid nature and not fake wood linoleum. Friendly staff and good amenities such as gym and mail and package delivery.
