Moved from NYC
My experience in Chicago would not have been the same without living at Marlowe. From the apartment tour with Alex (Management), interactions with the concierge team (Ms Sharon, Jada, Josh, Chenge and the overnight crew) who show up professionally and are kind, interactions with maintenance team who are efficient and personable to community events with fellow residents and Tatiana (Management) to the amenities on the rooftop , it's essence was community. If you can get in, you won't regret it... for your duration or extension. If I did not have to relocate for work, I would continue to extend. The location is also perfect to explore the city!

Moved from Ireland
The Marlowe building and staff are 5 stars. Moving internationally, we didn't know what to expect moving to a new city. We recommend the Marlowe to anyone moving to the city. The amenities are top class and the management is second to none. We plan on staying here.

Living here set the bar for every other apartment, in the best way
I've been at Marlowe for many years and it's the first place in Chicago that actually delivers on "luxury." The design is modern without feeling cold: floor-to-ceiling windows, designer kitchens, quartz countertops, and smart lighting that makes the place glow at night with the skyline. The staff is what sets it apart. Concierge knows my name, packages are in the smart locker as soon as I get the notification, and maintenance responds same day. Amenities get used, not just photographed. The... fitness center is better than my old gym, the rooftop deck with heated pool is my go-to for summer days/nights with actual views of downtown, and the lounge means I rarely need to leave the building to get work done

Best Apartment In Chicago
Lived in this building for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier, especially with the staff! Alex the leasing consultant makes the experience so professional and smooth. The building is a gem, the location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. Maintenance is also super quick and knowledgeable.
