I booked a tour exactly one month in advance, immediately upon calling to book the tour the women made it sound like booking the tour was a chore for her on the phone. A month goes by and we show up for the tour at the specified time and no one comes out.. so I call the building and the women answers and says there was a "emergency" and no one would be in the building till 4 days later. We found it very unprofessional that no one bothered to reach out to let us know they were going to cancel the... tour. Which was disappointing because we are from out of town. Would not recommend trying to visit this place unless you want a unprofessional and low customer service experience .
