The management here is wonderful, professional, and gets things done! The residents at Hyde Park West appreciate the new Management! The manager and the assistant have done an outstanding job and maintenance is professional and courteous!

Please beware...this is a very old building and it is infested with mice...management can not seem to get control of the matter because the vermon are in the walls of this very old building PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I am beyond frustrated....definitely moving asap....

We believe that this matter has been under control for several months... now, with the assistance of a professional pest control contractor. I called to inquire about a studio, was told none available. I asked if they might have one available in the near future, the very rude woman who answered the phone said "ohh let me check my crystal ball, ummm nope" in a very sarcastic, unprofessional tone. She could have easily said, "we don't expect anything open until the fall or winter" and left it at that, even if she didn't know when exactly, just a general time reference would have been helpful. Very very bad customer service. (I am a... working professional with a very good income and was very professional and kind on the phone as I always am)

I have been living at this complex for 3 years now and I love it. The complex is safe,
the apartment and grounds are well maintained and the apartment management responds to all needs immediately.

I moved here about a month. I have to say this is the best place ever! The community is very good. People are very nice to each other. The management office is efficient. Parking lot is cheap. I love everything here. The only concern is that the office hours are 9-5 Mon - Fri . Have trouble of collecting packages.
