I would give it five stars if the leasing office wasn’t so awful. They don’t ever respond. Literally ever. Trying to get a hold of them is so hard. They don’t respond to emails so don’t even try. They harass you about renewing your lease then you send them an email saying you want to renew and they send you nothing back for the last week even after various emails. The building is nice. The residents are nice. The amenities are the best.

Super nice 2 brs and 1 br units here! Love the decor and being around high end finishes like plush colorful rugs and velvet chairs, floor to ceiling windows, fun-loving door and leasing staff (pricey garage) and great part of the city :)

I've been living in my apartment building for about 10 months now, and I really enjoy the experience. The amenities are fantastic! From the well-maintained gym to the inviting pool area, there’s always something to do. The common spaces are beautifully designed, making it a great place to relax or work from home.
The apartment itself is cute and cozy, with a layout that maximizes space and natural light. I love how everything feels modern and fresh. However, the neighborhood does have its... quirks. While there are some nice spots nearby, it can feel a bit odd at times, with a mix of vibes that don’t always match the charm of the building.
Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living space with awesome amenities, just be prepared for a neighborhood that might take some getting used to!
