My overall experience living here has been very difficult. There’s a serious lack of honesty and professionalism from both management and maintenance, and it has created an environment that feels unsafe and untrustworthy. Communication is poor, promises aren’t kept, and residents are often misled or ignored. The ongoing stress from these conditions has affected my health and sense of security. I hope the company will take residents’ concerns seriously and start operating with real transparency... and accountability.

Overall a great community. Management has really stepped up and taken the lead with issues in the building and has hosted community events. Great place to live and very convenient to public transit, grocery stores, and nightlife!

Horrible experience

I was told I had no appointment when I arrived. I was assumed to be low income and I am not. I never got a tour or an apology for getting a wealth of incorrect information.
