Can confirm this apartment has really kept things interesting! Let me highlight some of the memorable experiences I've had since moving in:
* Roaches — complimentary roommates included!
* My sink fell out of the wall — an unexpected home improvement project.
* Flooding on the third floor — because apparently water doesn’t follow the laws of gravity here.
* My radiator turned into a geyser, spraying hot water and causing additional flooding — a truly immersive indoor water feature!
* Water... leaking from the ceiling — perfect for anyone who enjoys indoor rain.
* Extremely low hot water pressure — great if you prefer your showers to be more of a light mist.
* The elevator is frequently out of service — an excellent opportunity to get your daily steps in.
* 6 of 9 washing machines don’t work — because laundry is more fun when it becomes a logistical challenge.
* Stolen packages — another exciting feature that keeps you guessing whether your delivery will actually make it to you!
I've reported these issues and, from my experience, have not felt that the landlord has taken responsibility for adequately addressing them.
If you're looking for an apartment that provides constant surprises, unique maintenance challenges, and a truly unforgettable experience, this might be the place for you!

Truly a one-of-a-kind living experience!
Can confirm this apartment and landlord really know how to keep things interesting! Let me just highlight some of the amazing features I’ve experienced since moving in:
* Roaches — complimentary roommates included!
* Sink falling out of the wall because it wasn’t properly installed — always exciting to see what surprises your apartment has in store.
* Flooding on the third floor — because apparently water doesn’t follow the laws of gravity here.
* Radiator turned into a geyser, spraying hot... water and causing additional flooding — a truly immersive indoor water feature!
* Water leaking from the ceiling — perfect for anyone who enjoys indoor rain.
* Extremely low hot water pressure — great if you prefer your showers to be more of a light mist.
* Elevator frequently out of service — an excellent opportunity to get your daily steps in.
*6 0f 9 Washing machines don’t work — because laundry is more fun when it becomes a logistical challenge.
And the best part? You can report these issues, but don’t expect much accountability or urgency when it comes to getting them resolved!

Worst studios in the city
Worst management company I have ever had to deal with. Frequently dealt with issues such as cockroaches, finding crack pipes in common areas, and the elevator breaking down. When I brought up these concerns I was threatened with legal action for saying I wanted an elevator inspector to come out.
