The space in this apartment is great for young professionals living with friends from college. Right above a local bar/restaurant. However, some inconveniences as well: Laundry cards must be loaded at the management office a few miles away, you can't refill the cards online, or pay rent online.
The appliances are outdated but work fine. Great deck out back for each unit. Overall, some ups and some downs, but great for someone who isn't concerned about loud music/bar traffic on the... weekends. Great location too.
