I’ve been here 8 years now and have no plans on moving. Whenever there’s a problem I open a service request and the next day it’s done. Just a short walk to the Metra station, mall, grocery stores all very close. Office team is very nice and approachable.

We have lived at Briargate for almost five years and have had a very positive experience during that time. The property manager and staff have always been professional, respectful, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Any maintenance requests we’ve submitted have been addressed in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. Briargate has been a comfortable and welcoming place for us to live. It’s a good environment whether you’re living on your own or with your family. Like any... apartment community, there are rules in the lease that residents are expected to follow so that everyone can enjoy a safe and respectful living environment. In our experience, management has done a good job of maintaining those standards while treating residents fairly. Overall, we’ve had a great experience living here and are grateful for the staff and the work they do to keep the community running well.

If you move here, you better stay because if you decide to move on they MAY return your security but they have a slick way of going back in the apartment to CONJURE up you giving over 50% of that security back!! My wife and I took the time to clean up from TOP TO BOTTOM shampooing the carpets, filling in holes where pics hung and the place was move in ready when we were done.. we got charged for gashes on the counter tops(even though we had cutting boards) my wife did a walk thru but SOMEHOW... they conjure up us owing them 508.00 in damages?!!! I called the office to dispute the charges but didn’t get a call back as of yet

The property manager is very rude and have no respect for renters so I advice you to hold your tongue because she will take you there.. the property is not as clean as it appears in the photos and needs work done inside them
