The new management at Woodfall Villas has been fantastic to rent from. They take care of the property, work with tenets, and make the overall experience a great one. This is the only place I will rent from while I am in Charleston. Great place for families and older college students.

I moved in 3 years ago. I am not a college student and did have some concerned with living in a college environment. Yes this property has had some issues with up keep and overall standards. However, the new management team has turned all that around. They have made it a pleasure to call Woodfall Villa home. They continue to make upgrades to the units. We now have rules that are enforced for everyone's safety.

Moved in site unseen to an apartment with tears in the vinyl flooring, cracks ALL over the walls and ceilings, mold in the bathrroms and window seals, and the mustiest smell. Horrible conditions and there is constantly trash pn the grounds and parking lots

We're a family of 4 with an inside dog, and were delighted to find somewhere in Charleston to meet our needs. Staff was receptive to our requests and VERY quick to answer communications. Our 3 bedroom unit was in good repair and as advertised. The grounds were well kept and public areas were accessible and pleasant. When Covid-19 hit, the staff were quick to implement appropriate measures and take steps to keep non-residents from monopolizing common areas. Overall, I was very pleased with... our stay!! I loved living a Woodfall Villas (previously University Village). It is secluded and being right by Walmart is definitely a plus! The rates were way cheaper than if you were to look closer to campus. Also, I felt it was a game changer that almost all of their workers (maintenance and leasing staff) live on the property. If anything was to go wrong, they will always be there to help. Definitely considering moving back out there soon!
