I have absolutely loved living here so far. I like that the location is close enough that I could walk to campus on a nice day, yet far enough that I do not feel as though I am living on campus. The facility is beautiful inside and out. There is plenty of space, it truly feels like home. The balcony has been great for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. The laundry in-unit and dishwasher have been extremely convenient. The move-in process was smooth, and everything has been clean and... well-maintained. The Wi-Fi always works well, and it is incredibly fast. I have appreciated having a fitness room in the facility. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. I could not have chosen a better place to live for my first apartment.

Best Apartments Ever!
These are by far the best apartments in Charleston, IL! They have everything you need! Nice cozy feel? Yep! Nice bedrooms? Yep! Nice kitchen? Yep! Nice laundry room? Yep! Nice bathrooms? Yep! Nice living rooms? Yep! The list goes on and on! If I have not lead you to believe these are the best apartments in Charleston then I don’t know what will! Check out Melrose & Brooklyn Heights Apartments on 4th! Truly, the Best Apartments Ever! I love it here!

I love it here!
I stay in Melrose Apartments and they are amazing! The landlord is super a great person and always so helpful! The apartment complex is very cozy and welcoming! This is the apartment complex to be! Don’t go anywhere else in Charleston, IL but here! :)

If I could live here forever - I WOULD !!
I have lived here for 2 years and am so sad I have to move out! Luxurious accommodations, huge apartments, and friendly staff made living here unforgettable. The workers truly go above and beyond to make your life easier and make it a point to get to know you. I felt so safe living here and whenever there was an issue, they would resolve it immediately. As far as pricing goes, it was very affordable considering how new and beautiful the apartments are and they are in a great location! Everything... you need is in walking distance, it’s truly perfect. One of my favorite things about living here is the free workout room being right outside of my apartment and free tanning in the office. Living here made me feel like royalty and I am so thankful to call this my home away from home while at school.

LOVE Melrose and Brooklyn!
I have lived in Melrose Apartments for three years, and I would not change it for the world. The apartments are newly updated and so spacious, with great amenities (hello personal gym and free tanning!) The front desk staff is always so welcoming and are quick to fix any issue you may come to find. Thanks Melrose & Brooklyn for being my home away from home while I am at college!
