Apartments are affordable and good lived there for 11 years moved out and miss this place, was very nice in a nice area. Due to the bad neighbors, I had to move out.

My husband and I love this apartment. The management is super helpful, I walk over to the office whenever I need anything. We chose the cheapest option they have and it's nicer than we expected. When we arrived it had just gotten a fresh paint job and was very clean. The apartment is spacious and looks very modern. The grounds are lovely and there's a beautiful park right across the street with walking trails. We also love the location. The street it's on is quiet, but it's within walking... distance of a few stores and a 10-minute drive from multiple malls. We haven't had any bug problems and we've actually been impressed with how soundproof the walls are. All our neighbors have small children and we only hear them when they're in the hallway. Lots of roaches non stop daily! loud neighbor! hallway smells like cigarette and some people smoke weed! sound proof is really bad here.. you can hear your neighbor steps; sounds and talking loud overall CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!! (bad management too)!

The new management is poor , even the people who work in the office and maintenance dont like the new guy . Stay away

Its nice and comfortable living over here since 2013. Specially close to my job. When ever we need maintaince there are always on time. I have no problem living in this apartment.
