As someone who has lived in multiple different Carbondale apartments for the last few years, THIS apartment is the one you want! Lisa is an incredible landlord and truly cares about her tenants. This is such a good apartment if you’re in school/need to be near campus and want somewhere safe and friendly

I really enjoy living in this apartment. I have been living here for a year and a half, and I can confidently say it is the best option in Carbondale if you are looking for a studio with your own private bathroom and kitchen. The price is very reasonable, the maintenance is reliable, and Lisa is the best and most supportive landlord anyone could have.

This apartment was a great place to live. Lisa is an excellent landlord who genuinely cares about her tenants and keeps everything running smoothly. Maintenance was always handled quickly, and she was always willing to help. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with great facilities. I will definitely miss living here.

Everyone is super nice, landlords and maintenance are super responsive and great to talk to as well. I wish I could've stayed through my entire time in Carbondale because Lisa is so easy to work with compared to any other landlords in town, but I wanted roommates. On top of everything the actual unit was comfortable and a great first apartment, I would highly recommend living there!

I have lived here for three wonderful years now, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Coming from another country, it meant so much to find a space that was cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for a single student.
The rent is very budget-friendly, and the home itself is simple, warm, and I always keep it well-organized. What truly made the experience special was Lisa, the landlord—she is incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure everything ran smoothly. Her support... made such a difference in helping me settle in and feel at home.
This place feels truly a safe and peaceful haven during a very important chapter of my life. I highly recommend it to any student looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to stay!
