Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over the course of about a year, I dealt with constant issues: the dishwasher didn’t work from the start, the heat broke down multiple times, I had recurring problems with ants, and at one point the fridge stopped working. It felt like something new was always going wrong.
The most unacceptable experience was when the heat broke during a cold snap—it was below zero for four days straight. Of course, it happened over a weekend, and no one... responded until regular business hours resumed. Their solution? Dropping off a couple of space heaters and calling it a day. If anything breaks on a weekend, don’t expect any kind of real help.
The cherry on top? Not once did I receive an apology from Crystal or Emira for any of this. No responsibility, no concern—just silence. This place is the definition of poorly managed. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Horrible Management and Upkeep
Lived here for 5 years. The buildings are falling apart from unaddressed termites. If ever help is needed, the property manager, Joanne, will straight out lie and then do nothing about the problem. Maintenance is a joke. He rarely shows up, and when he does, he only makes things worse. We’ve been with a broken ac unit for a week last year when it was 100 degrees or more every day, and there’s zero airflow in the units so it was miserable. Then, the past winter, our hot water heater broke, and... they made us wait 5 days while it was polar vortex outside and I was sick on top of it. The units are all mold infested, and instead of fixing the mold and termite issues, they simply plaster over them. I WOULDN’TN RECOMMEND THIS CRAP TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Elm Creek
A very nice relaxed atmosphere. Great place to wind down and enjoy life. Activities to max. Peaceful, Great for people needing to get back in shape. Space, easy to enter and unload groceries. Very good for older people who love animals have hard to get around. Made accessible here. Live, Love ,Laugh, here with friends.
