Signing up and moving in was super fast and easy. And once we got all of our things into the unit, it didn't look nearly as bad as we thought it would. Our first impression was a little dismal when we saw how run down it was but we were on a time crunch so we didn't have a lot of time to argue. Once we had everything in and unpacked we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. We even really like our immediate neighbors and how close we are to main roads. We don't regret our decision to... move here though we will be moving again in a year when our lease is up. The maintenance staff while always polite takes so long to respond. I'm not talking days but weeks and what they have "fixed" seems more jerry rigged than anything. The toilet was running all the time now it barely flushes. The dishwasher is a gloried drying rack since I have to rewash everything that goes into it but their solution is to just keep pouring CLR down the drain. It's frustrating but nothing we can't work around for now. There is a pool but it is literally in the middle of the parking lot so there is zero privacy. Still, it can be really refreshing and it stays open until 10 which is great because you do not want to be there when it is crowded. Lots of kids, which is fine, but apparently little swimmers waterproof diapers is a foreign concept. I have yet to see a diapered child in one which is, in a word, gross. All in all, it's really not a terrible place and we absolutely love the area but if you have the time and means to be a little more choosy there are better places. Read More
