This community went downhill. The pool stays cold all summer season. Packages often get stolen because the Luxer One system is unreliable, making it hard to find your package among many others. There are frequent fire alarm issues. There’s only one elevator, which is inconveniently located far from some units, which is not active for almost 3 months at this point, and the management doesn’t care to resolve it faster or pay the compensation for the inconvenience. The main garbage room is poorly... maintained, and the outside area is very dirty, with street dirt entering our garage. Rent increases every year; they don’t value loyal renters. I don’t recommend this place.

Very Disappointing Experience. Would Not Recommend!! I've been living here for a while now, and I can’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The biggest issue is the lack of accountability. People here simply do not clean up after themselves or their pets and it's frustrating. The hallways are often dirty and the trash rooms are a nightmare. The one elevator per building is another major problem. It's always broken or dirty and is far from both ends of the apartment making it a hassle... just to get in or out of the building. The worst part, though, is the constant smell. It’s always filled with the scent of weed and cooking food, which makes the entire community feel unpleasant. Don’t be fooled by the nicely decorated community areas- it's all just for show. Behind that, the overall experience here is far from what you'd expect for the price you're paying. I would highly advise looking elsewhere.
