I lived here for a year and I couldn’t wait to move out. Way too expensive for what you get. If you’re unlucky like I was, you can end up with a nightmare downstairs neighbor who constantly yells, smokes cigarettes, and somehow still files noise complaints just because you’re walking normally in your own apartment. She made living here miserable.
NOISE is a nonstop issue here. Kids screaming and playing in the parking lot, landscaping crews running leaf blowers and lawn mowers in the multiple... days a week from Spring-Fall, and in the winter the snow plows scrape the ground late at night. Sleep is nearly impossible.
If you get a unit near the office, do not move here — you will regret it. Between the constant noise and lack of peace, this place is not worth the rent. I don’t make reviews but I felt like I had to with this because I’d feel bad for anyone having to go through what I went through living here.

Do your research!!!!
Poor space:price, quality:price, and amenities:price ratios. Outdated and poorly maintained. There are way better options around. No empathy for tenants during COVID. In addition, there is no minor amount of crime and delinquency within the apartment building.

Very satisfied resident
I'm going into my 9th year living at this nice community and I would not want it any other way... The office staff is always nice and genuinely interested in everyone's well being, and the maintenance staff is always responsive to the resident's needs. In over 8+ years living here, I've never had any issues or complains. I enjoy the monthly social events that are planned for the residents, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and establish that sense of community that makes The Pointe a... great place to live.

Happy resident
I am a current resident. My family and I have lived here since 2010. We left then can back to The Pointe. We love it here. We enjoy the events and the fitness center. I like the fact that it’s right off the highway. I highly recommend this place.
