First, if the amount of low star reviews is throwing you off, look at the dates. Sort the reviews by low to high and pay attention to the dates of the low ratings, this was BEFORE new management and staff and are YEARS old. It threw me off at first too when I was considering this place and I’m SO glad I noticed the dates because I would have missed out on the incredible staff and this place.
I noticed that other recent reviewers have mentioned the solid amenities, the nice pool, the 24/7 gym... that is somehow always clean, the bowling alley (who has a bowling alley!?) and game room etc, and while those things are all great, I want to focus on what I think really makes or breaks an apartment community, especially the larger ones. The staff.
You can have a nice unit, nice amenities, etc, but none of that truly matters without a great staff IMO, and this place has an AMAZING staff. The people in the office, the maintainece workers, the grounds people, the cleaning people, and so on. These are the people that really make this place stand out.
Jeanette, the property manager, Pati, everyone else in the office I’ve dealt with, are beyond incredible. They TRULY care and make this place what it is. With the amount of units here, I have no idea how just a handful of them keep up with everything. It’s really impressive. They honestly care about the residents here and it really shows. From day 1 on, I’ve felt this way. My experience with larger communities like this has been pretty normal, you’ll usually get an email back in 24 hours, sometimes you have to send a 2nd, you know the drill. Anytime I’ve reached out about anything here, even if it’s just an unimportant question, I’m surprised at how quick I get a response. I really don’t get how they do it with how much they have on their plate on a day to day basis, they deserve a big raise I’m sure lol. They really do go above and beyond here. Jeanette and Patti truly just care about the residents, I don’t know another way to describe it, and I haven’t experienced that in an apartment community like this. You’re just someone who pays rent everywhere else I’ve been, and that’s reasonable to me, but I haven’t ever felt like just a monthly check here. They are going to do what is in their power to make sure you are taken care of. I can’t say enough about them.

I had issues with a certain electric company in the area, but the ladies and gentleman in the office were super helpful and got my issues taken care of. The staff has been great.

the poor is so nice it pretty big and its heated!!!
the pool area also has grills which is a plus aswell.

It’s so lovely here, people here are so nice and sweet. Apartments are fully remodeled and they’re pretty cost-efficient.

Contacted office and needed some stuff done in APT, created work order and Jeanette promptly schedule within 1 day and got her Team in and got it done quickly... Great Service!! Overall, after my first year --This is really a great place to live, nice location, nice amenities, pool and gym are great to use they keep up on the place with landscaping, garbage /snow removal etc.. and a great staff!! For the price for what you get cannot beat it.
