This 1 bedroom unit is bigger than many 2-3 bedroom units and has large living and dining rooms and plenty of storage!... Washer and dryer are included in-unit. Upstairs is a large loft-style master suite with walk-in closet and full bathroom. Smoke free. Pets are negotiable.

Tenant pays for electric. Rent is $1095/month and includes water, sewer, garbage, and 1 designated parking spot. Non-refundable holding fee ($1095) required to reserve apartment upon acceptance of application, and will convert into the security deposit upon move-in.
