no parking, no security, too many fees

we moved earlier this year and there were already a couple flaws such as: smell of dog urine and poop everywhere, random charges and uncleanliness. we still tried to make the best of it til our rent was $200 more than we should have been paying. there’s 0 parking if you get off work late and the dispatch number that the apartments left did not help. they told us “there’s nothing they can do on their end since they don’t deal with that stuff”. so what are we meant to do ? a long day of working to... come “home” to literally no parking other than “reserved” parking spots that you have to pay additional money for. oh, and the dogs here bark, scream and howl at all hours of the day so good luck sleeping. 1 star is even too much to rate these apartments.
