I would never recommend this apartment, the apartments are falling apart and not repaired in a timely matter, dog poop all over, kids are screaming all hours of the night, walls so thin you can everything. This complex has really gone down hill and management don’t serm to care.

Kids are constantly running around yelling & screaming. Construction noise onsite goes on well after 7:00 PM. Property management is rarely in their office & are unhelpful and rude. They will charge you for time passed your lease end date & chip away your deposit within bogus & hidden fees. STAY AWAY!!

The apartments fall apart because they are made with cheap materials. The first week we moved in our closet shelves fell off the wall because they were not fastened to studs. You will get charged for cleaning on moveout even though they will charge you for cleaning. Walls don't keep out sound at all and management ignores complaints. Management hires a towing company that will boot cars and charge $90 to get them released and since that's how they make their money they boot absolutely any car... they can. The company that owns Selway will not process your payments for almost a week after you pay them so your payments don't always go through and it messes up your finances, then they send any outstanding payments to collections after just two weeks.
