Living here has been great! We have rented various apartments in Idaho falls that have ended up being a nightmare and are so glad to find a place we feel comfortable staying for longer than a year. Management is very helpful and responsive.

I enjoyed everything about living at The Lofts. The apartments are new and look really nice, the layout is very functional, there is a grocery store, gym and Papa Murphy's (and other stuff) that you basically share a parking lot with and the club house is AMAZING!!! I've lived in many apartment complexes and this is by FAR the best club house I've ever experienced. You can also reserve it if you're a tenant and their hot pool (that's right it's too big to call it a tub) is open year round. Have... you experienced sitting in a hot "pool" when it's snowing? It's spectacular. Yet the best part of living at The Lofts was how well they stay on top of maintenance. I've seen brand new luxury apartments turn to trash when maintenance drags their feet to repair things, doesn't do it correctly or doesn't do it at all. The Lofts is going to be a great place to live for years to com because they make submitting a maintenance requests a breeze, their response time is immediate and they actually repair things right the first time. Needless to say, I recommend this place. It's at least worth your time and consideration. Also, Mandy and Evelyn are delightful.

Excellent apartment for the price. I have covered parking, brand new appliances, and a very convenient location; to get all of that in one place is pretty miraculous in Idaho Falls. I love the layout of the apartment and it gives me just enough space to do everything I need. Staff has been very easy to work with, and the amenities that are provided to renters are definitely a plus! I was surprised at how fresh the unit was when I moved in, not just clean, I mean the rooms don't have 20 year old... stained carpet, hallelujah! Would recommend.
