I’ve lived here for several years and can honestly say The Villas at Hayden North is one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced. The property is always very clean and extremely peaceful — it truly feels like a quiet retreat just outside of town while still being close to everything.
The units have high-end finishes, great layouts, and each comes with a garage, which is a big plus. The whole complex is well-maintained and has a real sense of pride. We also love the fast Ziply internet... and not having a water bill.
The management is what really makes this place stand out. Giles and the team are professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents.

I am really disappointed that this apartment complex has such a bad car safety issue. Cars are broken into frequently, have been keyed, and license plates are stolen often. I have spoken to 4 people who’s cars were broken into and stolen from, 2 people who have had there car severely keyed and several who have had license plates stolen. It’s so sad because the apartments are very nice but I feel very unsafe here I have lived here nearly 2 yrs and these issues have been ongoing.
