While the maintenance person was polite and made an attempt to fix the drier issue he DID NOT fix it. I had to get my family to come over to take the drier lint area apart to clean the inch thick lint that was compacted from previous tenants in order for it to be safe to use the drier without fear of possibly starting a fire due to inadequate air flow with the lint being so backed up.

ROCKWOOD lodge. I am into my second year living here at ROCKWOOD lodge. The office staff and maintenance men have worked very professionally. Service work is done promptly and correctly. Very accommodating to renters and what we may have going on. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the care taken to maintain the landscaping which makes the whole complex beautiful and inviting!!
