Great Service Keith and Naavah did a great job with my furnace filter replacement, installed new smoke detectors, and replaced my hall bathroom sink and faucet.
Both are very pleasant and accommodating.

Heater Replacement My heater was giving me troubles , I emailed Shivani about it and she send Keith maintenance guy to come check it out. upon checkout, the heater was still not working, so Shivani had to call the heating company to come check it out and they told her it needs to be replaced. She got it approved by her boss and the very next day they started working on it and had replaced the the heater.
Thank Shivani and her maintenance team for take a good care and fast service. You guys are... the best .

Anna Buck The westridge apartments are managed very well . Shavani is very efficient. She takes care of things quickly. She is kind and thoughtful. My only complaint is my carpet is very old . Having it steam cleaned once a year doesn’t do any good because it’s so old and dirty . And I am a clean person. The stains from sub floor raise to the surface hours after it’s cleaned . The rent is not exactly cheap so I would love new carpet . Or some kind of upgrades. Otherwise I love my apartment and... all the staff . It’s been a nice experience. Thank you for all you do .
