-- Update as of Nov. 23 -- I am the official first tenant at this apartment. Initially I was very excited to move in to a new unit/apartment however, my excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. I will be updating this review as time goes by and if the property managers ever want to see a non 1 star review, please pick up my phone.
Issues 1. The address is not registered. Yes you heard me right. You cannot ship/mail to this apartment yet and the landlords do nothing about them. I was promised... to hear back from Antonio by yesterday, but he did not call me nor pick up the phone today. It is absolute nightmare for me, but for future tenants, once this is handled, won't be a problem.
2. Commercial Northwest Properties never responds/picks up phone call. Who loves calling their landlord? I don't. But when I do, I am in a dire need of assistance. However, they never pick up, they never keep promises to call back/write back. Be aware.
