I really like our apartment because if the size. I'm in a wheelchair, so I appreciate the space. But as far as it's condition, one word, ugh. We've got leaks in the furnace room at least once a year (been here for 3 yrs). It leaked in there for 1 1/2 years before it was fixed the first time. The patio door, it leaks still, but the major leak, I'm talking buckets and towels along the door,, that took almost 2 years to get 'under control'. The kitchen and hallway floor, ugh. We've used up a whole... roll of duct tape 'fixing it. Yes, management knows about this. We've had leaks from the upstairs tub, the laundry room next door, and the main plumbing in the hallway, flood our apartment 3 or 4 times in 3 years. The family above us sends their small children out to take garbage to the bin, and they never make it. There's always garbage everywhere in the parking lot. And they're never made to pick up after their 3 or 4 dogs, that also bark round the clock. So if you're looking for a peaceful home, please, keep looking, because it's not here. Read More

I highly do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My experience here has been nothing short of horrible. For months, my apartment floor would constantly flood because of the washing machine in the unit next door. Instead of addressing the root issue, management allowed the problem to continue, leaving me to deal with repeated water damage and the stress that came with it.
The communication from the office is absolutely horrendous. Messages go unanswered, issues get ignored, and when... you do finally get a response, it’s vague, unhelpful, or dismissive. There’s zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero concern for residents’ quality of life.

Great management, spacious apartments with great upgrades, nice community.

Yes, the apartments are very spacious & for a good price but let me tell you it is not worth it. If you value your necessities such as reliable plumbing & air conditioning, this place is definitely not for you. If you have an issue, you will be unable to get ahold of ANYONE. They make it impossible to get to management. You will talk with a representative on the phone that will then pass your issue to maintenance and then you will be lucky if they ever show up. If they do, the issue will just be... temporarily fixed. The grounds are disgusting. If you have any pets, it's incredibly hard to take them outside without them eating trash, cigars, or even stepping on broken glass. I have lived here for two years and I recommend to anyone that will listen to please consider living somewhere else, on the surface it looks great but even the remodeled units are floppy, maintenance has always avoided my requests, I can NEVER have any luck getting someone to call me back from the office. Although it is under new management now they work out of the office and phone calls are filtered though another party that has no idea what complex we are calling from.
