Great place! Redwood was a great place to be. The price is a bit steep, but the upside is that the maintenance is pretty much on point! The units are well maintained and have a wonderful location.

Easy living The units are perfect being all one level with attached garage, the office and maintenence staff are responsive, friendly and reliable. Cost was a little too high, our income was cut due to health reasons, being the only reason we moved.
