We love the amount of space you get for the price and the extra storage with the garage. the building is new with minor issues (door handles falling off, carpet rips up really easy). It's convenient being so close to the interstate but it would be nice having access to paths and safe roads without having to hop in the car. Good natural light and a nice balcony though we're mainly looking at the freeway and the gas station on our side. Maintenance is very fast and reliable but it is incredibly... hard to get ahold of any management. I've had multiple friends try to contact them for inquiries with no answer at all. In the last few months we've had issues with people letting dogs poop inside and outside the apartment building and leave it there, a half burnt cigarette left in the hallway, and people burning objects in the hallway one of which led to a burnt wall and an investigation. when I brought this up to management with multiple emails and pictures I still couldn't get an answer from them. In summary, we love the space itself but management needs to be more responsive.
