Beautiful inside Apartment; common areas not maintained
We have lived here for over a year...we love our apartment and all that came with it! We have a beautiful view, the inside is awesome! Management has been responsive to our needs with maintenance, while not efficient are good communicators at times. However common areas are not maintained; hallways are carpeted and while I know management cannot tell people how to live, trash is drug through the halls and never cleaned up even when pictures are sent and I am told that they would Cleaned yearly-... they are not.....we were lied to by the gentleman who showed us the apartment. Other areas are running down as well (parking poles underneath, door code box wall). Therefore, If common areas were maintained it would be a 5-star property- they do have one cleaner who comes once a week but vacuuming is not sufficient enough to clean what I have described.
