Coin-operated laundry and storage are available on-site for your convenience. At School House Apartments, we accept multiple payment methods including EFT, cash, and check for rent payments. Our location in the heart of Fort Madison places you near the Mississippi River and many amenities, making it easy for you to enjoy everything this charming city has to offer. For new renters, we require an application, background check, first month's rent, one-month rent as a deposit, and a one-year lease. We also conduct a criminal history check and require references.
