When I went to tour this place yesterday, I messaged the number that I got through scheduling that I was there. They told me to go inside and wait in the “lobby” area, but all of the doors were locked. One of the residents let me in and first of all, there was no “lobby” area. This man sat in the hallway while asking me a bunch of questions about where I’m living now. As a solo, 22 year old woman, this was a little unsettling. Luckily, the cleaner of the building saw I was uncomfortable and told... me I could come with while they cleaned another floor until I figured out who I was supposed to meet with. There was never a real person. It was an automated messaging system.

Run away
Toured these apartments and left after about 2 minutes. Photos are extremely misleading and the hallways reeked of smoke. Best part was that while I was on my self guided tour, people were buying drugs in the hallway. Didn’t even bother taking a close look at the actual apartment but nothing like the photos. Don’t waste your time!

Not a good place to live
Hallway reeks of smoke 24/7. Electrical outlets falling off the walls. Cockroaches. Laundry facilities are unusable. Consistent water problems. Glass in the parking lot. Graffiti INSIDE my apartment that maintenance couldn't bother to cover. Bugs in the entry way, usually dead. Weak flushing toilets. Nasty bathtub. Mold heaven in the walls. Cramped kitchen. Leaky refrigerator. They didn't even vacuum before I moved in.

Gross apartments
I viewed a studio apartment here and I was expecting much better based on the pictures. Management hadn't taken the time to clean the apartment before showing it to me so it was in poor state. The carpet was littered with trash and stains. The bathroom was covered in grime, hair, and who knows what else in every crack. The kitchen area wasn't much better. The pictures are deceiving.
